The Weekend Artist Lab is a curated, college-level program created specifically for mature singers, creatives, and professionals who want elite training without the weekday time commitment of a full conservatory track. This program is ideal for artists returning to music, career professionals balancing demanding schedules, and vocalists who want real artistic growth—not hobbyist instruction.
Held on weekends in a focused studio environment, the program blends high-level vocal training, performance coaching, recording experience, and artist development into a collaborative, supportive, and professionally driven experience.

Program Focus
Participants in the Weekend Artist Lab receive training and mentorship in:
- Advanced vocal technique
- Performance coaching and artistic presence
- Repertoire development tailored to each artist’s voice and goals
- Songwriting for all levels
- Artist identity, confidence, and creative direction
- Professional feedback in a collaborative, adult-focused environment
This is not a beginner program—and it is not about competition. It is about refinement, clarity, and stepping fully into your voice as an artist.
We are currently offering classes in Performance and Songwriting.
The Experience
Unlike traditional weekday conservatory programs, the Weekend Artist Lab is intentionally designed to respect adult schedules while maintaining elite standards. Sessions are immersive, focused, and efficient—allowing artists to make meaningful progress without burnout.
Class sizes are limited to ensure:

Program Details
- Schedule: Weekends
- Location: HVS Conservatory
- Ages: 30+
- Format: Small group sessions with individualized coaching
- Admission: Application-based (to ensure cohort alignment)
Performance Lab
- Mentors = Ron Harris and Adreana Gonzalez
- 1 pm to 2:30 pm (TBD and dependent on how many enrollments we have in the class)
- 8 Weeks Long
- March 1st to May 10th
- 3 Week break for Spring from March 29th to April 18th
- March 1st to May 10th
- 3 Performance Opportunities Outside of Class
- Two Acoustic Session Night @ Village Studios
- Both Wednesday from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm (TBD dependent on Venue availability)
- Spring Showcase w a Live Band
- Saturday, May 16th
- Mentors = Nikki Flores and Stephan Wunderlich
- 10:30 am to 12 pm (TBD and dependent on how many enrollments we have in the class)
