Artists have the option of seeking independent housing or living in Renaissance Tower, HVSC’s housing partner, in Downtown Los Angeles.
Single and double apartments are offered at Renaissance Tower, and artists can choose to live alone, with another HVSC artist, or a roommate of their choice.
Renaissance offers a rooftop sundeck with a pool and spa, an on-site park with picnic area, garden and playground, subterranean parking, a sky lounge with panoramic views, a 24-hour fitness center, door attendant, emergency maintenance, as well as laundry. It is located close to public transportation and the major highways, as well as a short walking distance to the Conservatory.
There is an application to apply as well as a $53.33 application fee per applicant and a $500 reservation hold which is applied to the security deposit and is refundable upon move out minus any damages.
Once approved, the lease and invoice will be sent over via Docusign. Full payment is required prior to releasing keys and you are required to provide a 30 day notice to vacate regardless of the lease term you sign.
